Due to a broadband service outage in parts of Chelmsford, which includes the football club, we are currently unable to take any phonecalls, emails or on-site card payments.
This outage also means that currently we will be unable to process any card payments at tonight’s Vanarama National South Fixture against Tonbridge Angels.
To avoid any problems at the gate and at the ground, we recommend that people pre-purchase their tickets online through TicketPass (click here to buy online) and either print those tickets at home or have the QR-Code’s saved to a phone. Alternatively cash payments will still be taken at the gate so supporters can also bring cash and pay on the gate.
This problem extends to card machines throughout the ground, therefore supporters wishing to purchase food or beverages from the clubhouse will need to do so with cash.
There is currently an engineer working to solve the problem and we will provide updates to supporters when we have them.
