I consent for my child to take part in the CCFC Football Camp and consent for my child to receive emergency medical treatment where necessary. I agree that the staff running the CCFC football camp reserve the right to remove disruptive children. None of the respective parties involved with the organisation of the event can accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any person or property. During the course of the day there will be photographs taken of the event and those photos may be used for marketing purposes on any of the CCFC media outlets and the CCFC website.
