Congratulations to Charlie Ruff and Luke Jenkins who have both been called up to England C’s contingency squad!
Charlie and Luke are in the contingency squad which means they’re ready to step in should anyone drop out of the side.
The England C side will play Nepal on Monday May 6th at Aldershot Town. Their last game was a 1-0 defeat to Wales at Llanelli Town’s Stebonheath Park where Luke Jenkins was a second half substitute for Paul Fairclough’s non-League Lions.
Both Jenkins and Ruff played instrumental parts in the Clarets’ season. They were both almost ever present in the side, with Luke making 50 appearances and Charlie 54.
