Congratulations Freddie Hockey on making his 100th appearance for the Clarets!
Freddie made his Clarets debut in the early stages of the 21/22 season. He came through the Clarets’ academy pathway, joining following a spell with Colchester United. He was part of the academy side who won the Champions of Champions trophy in 2022!
Hockey scored his first National League South goal in March 2023 against Worthing and capped off an impressive 22-23 campaign by signing a multi-year deal with the club.
In the 2023-24 season, Freddie continued his development as a dependable first team player by scoring seven goals in 32 National League South appearances. Hockey’s haul of goals included a memorable brace against Bath City in December 2023, which sealed a dramatic comeback win for Robbie Simpson’s 10-men Clarets side.
