Chelmsford City Women face an Essex County Women’s Football League Premier Division tie away at Southend United Community Sports Club Ladies.
The fixture at Garon Park kicks off at 2pm and the game is free to enter as the Simon Horne’s side aim for a treble winning season.
Last weekend, Clarets Women were victorious in the Tiptree Charity Cup, with a convincing 4-0 win against Stanway Pegasus hosted at Beacon Hill FC. The match report from this game can be found here.
The title race continues to be an intense one with City just one point behind league leaders Lawford with a game in hand.
With that in mind, Horne’s side will be looking for a strong performance on Sunday as they look to keep up their unbeaten run in the league and take the title race to the final game of the season.
