He also managed 4 Goals in 14 Games for the Academy while scoring 10 Goals in 20 games for the Reserves.

Manager Robbie Simpson spoke on Wilkes remaining a Claret for the upcoming campaign “Finn has had an incredible season. In the academy he’s performed exceptionally well, in the reserves again scored lots of goals, assisted lots of goals playing Right-Back, Right Wing-Back, Right Wing. He’s played in the hybrid games, played Central Midfield in one of the hybrid games and performed really well. He can run all day, he’s got good pace and quality. He’s a great kid and he’s only going to get better and better and we see some big potential with Finn. We’re delighted that he’s agreed to stay on the pathway and we look forward to seeing him develop further.”

We look forward to watching Finn continue his development with the Clarets and we are excited to see him back for Pre-Season!
