We lost the First game 3-0 to Ware but we’ve beaten Leyton Orient 2-0 tonight, although its not about the results it shows we’re heading in the right direction
“First game you go out, get the cobwebs off, there’s new lads obviously myself and the other guys getting used to how everyone is and plays”
You’ve impressed in Pre-Season so far, a few notable moments, how are you feeling about your personal game is going?
“I feel good, I feel fit. I feel like I’ve settled into the lads and they’ve got to know how I play or where I’ll be on the pitch as such. It’s been good, very good.”
You’re quite versatile down the left and you and Ben Brookes are linking up well down that side
“Yeah definitely, Brookesy is a Full-Back I’d say, he’s very intelligent on how he goes forward and when he goes forwards. If he goes forwards I cover him and vice versa. I think it’ll work well”
