Chelmsford City can confirm that Tom Dickens has been recalled from his loan by Cambridge United.
The left-sided defender joined the Clarets in the summer from the Sky Bet League One side and arrived having represented the U’s in every age category in their academy set-up.
Having been a regular feature in Robbie Simpson’s lineups this term, Dickens leaves after making 18 appearances in all competitions.
With the split of 13 league appearances and five in cup competitions, only Simeon Jackson has made more outings for City this campaign.
